GreenTouch Team Building Activity - Appreciating the Beauty of Autumn, Uniting the Team, Creating Infinite Possibilities!

On November 1, 2024, the company meticulously organized a rich and colorful team building activity, aiming to further enhance the team collaboration ability and strengthen the cohesion and tacit understanding among employees. This team building brought together personnel from all departments of the company, and everyone was full of expectations, jointly welcoming this team feast full of challenges and joys.

I. Team Presentation: Igniting Team Passion

The company personnel were divided into 4 groups, and each group presented their teams in turn.

II. Fun Games: Enhancing Team Consciousness

(A) Ball Passing for Miles

At the beginning of the activity, the "Ball Passing for Miles" game kicked off first. Members of each group held special U-shaped trough plates and carefully passed the small balls in turn. Eventually, the [Fourth Squadron] won the first round of the game with excellent collaboration and stable performance, successfully delivering the small ball to the finish line. The following "Drum Beating and Ball Juggling" game pushed the atmosphere to a climax. There was a huge drum with multiple ropes connected around it. Members of each team held a rope and juggled the table tennis ball by jointly controlling the ups and downs of the drum surface. Eventually, the [Leap Team] stood out with an outstanding performance of continuously juggling the ball 66 times. This game made everyone understand that the power of the team lies in having the same goal and working towards it. As long as we work together, we can achieve unexpected results.

(C) Friendly Tug-of-War

The most passionate and confrontational one was the friendly tug-of-war. Members of each group rubbed their hands, eager to try, and stood at both ends of the tug-of-war rope. With the whistle of the referee, the game officially started. Members gritted their teeth, leaned back, pushed their feet hard against the ground, and did their best to pull the rope towards their side. This tug-of-war game made everyone feel the huge power brought by mutual trust and support among team members and also enhanced friendship among everyone in the competition.

After a short break, the "Power Circle" game was on. All employees formed a huge circle, and each person held a rope. Under the guidance of the coach, everyone exerted force together to make the rope tight and form an elastic power circle. This game made every employee deeply realize that they are an indispensable part of the team. As long as everyone is united, they can provide solid support for their partners in the team and overcome numerous difficulties.

After the wonderful game sessions ended, General Manager Wan delivered an enthusiastic speech.
