Built around a pure flat front panel and an original a-Si TFT-LCD module from Sharp (LQ156T3LW05), it delivers 400 cd/m² brightness, a full view angle, and a wide operating range of -20°C to 70°C. The closed-frame design adds IP65 front protection, IK06 impact resistance, and 10-point projected capacitive touch — a ready-to-integrate solution for kiosks, medical devices, industrial HMIs, and retail terminals.

Pure Flat Front Panel with Original a-Si TFT-LCD (Sharp LQ156T3LW05)

At its heart is an original A+ grade a-Si TFT-LCD from Sharp, model LQ156T3LW05. Original-grade industrial panels deliver consistent color, stable brightness, and a long backlight life OEMs can rely on for one  to five years. The pure flat front panel removes protruding bezels and uneven surfaces, giving a smooth, seamless, easy-to-clean interface that simplifies mounting, reduces edge dust, and sharpens industrial aesthetics.

Full View Angle and 400 cd/m² Brightness

A full view angle (L/R: 80/80°, U/D: 80/80° typ.) keeps content legible from nearly any position, while 400 cd/m² brightness ensures vivid output in bright retail or factory settings. An optional anti-glare treatment suppresses reflection, keeping data readable under direct light. Brightness can be customized from 300 to 800 cd/m².

Wide-Temperature Reliability (-20°C to 70°C)

Built for demanding environments, the display operates across -20°C to 70°C, staying functional in cold storage, railway platforms, and hot production floors where consumer monitors fail. Robust thermal management prevents backlight fading, and the -20°C to 60°C storage range protects units in transit.

Closed-Frame Design: IP65 and IK06 Protection

The flat front panel is sealed via frame bonding to keep dust and water out, achieving IP65 front protection. IK06 explosion-proof tempered glass withstands impacts and keeps working even if scratched. The aluminum alloy frame and baking-painted rear shell add rigidity, and 75mm/100mm VESA holes support desktop, snap-in, and wall mounting.

10-Point Capacitive Touch and Seamless Integration

Ten-point projected capacitive touch with up to 0.1mm accuracy responds to a light touch and tracks reliably even after scratches. It works driverlessly with Windows, Android, and Linux. I/O includes VGA, DVI, HDMI, DP, and USB, powered at DC 12V (USB touch at 5V).
